Are you a Hutt Valley Community member younger than 65 and don’t feel comfortable working out in a gym setting? Well, come along to our next 12 week programme!
Our 12 week programmes aim to link you in with what’s happening in the community, as well as helping you feel confident and know what you can do to be active. Each programme is split into 4 week blocks so you can try the:
- community activities
We do something different each week to work out the whole body. All exercises can be adapted to suit anyone so that you can work at your own level.
The group environment provides you with support and encouragement from similar people who are often going through the similar lifestyle changes.

Who takes the classes?
Classes are run by Te Awakairangi Health Network Healthy Families Coaches and are aimed at people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and ethnicities.
