To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week, Te Awakairangi Health Network and the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand
hosted a workshop to help workplaces identify simple and practical activities that increase wellbeing. Managers, employers and health and safety staff attended from a variety of businesses and industries. The workshop covered:
– The Five Ways to Wellbeing. What are they and why are they important?
– Identifying strengths in your workplace and areas for improvement
– Ideas for simple activities that will encourage positive mental health of your staff
– Wellbeing resources for your workplace.
