Are you a Hutt Valley Community member and want to move again?  Well, come along to Valley Fit!

What’s involved?

Valley Fit is a community exercise group based in the Hutt Valley in Naenae & Wainuiomata. It is a free class aimed at young to middle aged people at risk of a chronic condition (such as heart disease or diabetes) and for those struggling with their weight. The classes are run by Healthy Families Coaches from Te Awakairangi Health Network. It is ideal for people who don’t feel comfortable in a gym environment and we encourage those struggling with a medical condition and/or their weight to come and check it out. If you are interested see contact details below or pop along to one of our classes.

We do something different each week to work out the whole body. All exercises can be adapted to suit anyone so that you can work at your own level.

The group environment provides you with support and encouragement from similar people who are often going through the similar lifestyle changes.
