Tū Ora Compass Health has released communications detailing a security incident with their computer systems that may have resulted in a privacy breach of patient information. Because Tū Ora Compass Health manages some healthcare programmes over the Wellington region, there is a potential that data about patients enrolled with Te Awakairangi Health Network who participated in the Tū Ora Compass programmes listed below, could be part of the privacy breach:
- Retinal Screening;
- Minor Gynaecology procedures;
- Fragility Fracture followup.
